Do you provide free consultations?

Yes! We want you to be comfortable choosing us as your team. We understand that personality and a good fit is what helps make our relationship with you successful. Please don't hesitate to reach out and we will get back with you as soon as possible.

Where are you located?

We are located at 4949 Pleasant St, Ste 104, West Des Moines, Iowa. We offer both in-person and telehealth appointments depending on clinician availability. All of our clinicians are licensed to practice in the state of Iowa.

Office Hours?

Our general office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Each clinician maintains their own schedule, and availability may vary.

What ages do you serve?

We provide services for individuals from birth to 99+.

What services do you offer?

We provide:

  • Individual therapy

  • Couples therapy

  • Family therapy

  • Therapy for all ages

  • Trauma-informed care

  • EMDR

  • Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

We also offer medication management:

  • Provider for children & teens

  • Provider for adults

Insurance options for medication management are limited — please reach out to inquire about coverage.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. All twelve of our clinicians offer both in-person and telehealth services, depending on availability and clinical appropriateness.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept most major insurance plans. A full list is available on our home page. Because each clinician may be independently credentialed, please review each provider’s page to confirm which insurance plans they accept.

Do you offer sliding scale?

Sliding scale availability is determined by each individual provider. Please review the provider’s page or contact them directly to inquire.

How long are sessions

  • Initial intake sessions for therapy are 60 minutes.

  • Ongoing therapy sessions are up to 53 minutes.

  • Medication management appointment lengths may vary.

How do I get started?

You may:

  • Email us at info@grapevineclinical.com, or

  • Contact a specific provider directly using the contact information listed on their individual page.

If you contact our general email, our intake team will help match you with a clinician who fits your needs and has availability.

What is required before first appointment?

Before your first session, we require:

  • All intake paperwork to be completed in full

  • A photo of the front and back of your insurance card (if applicable)

  • A valid payment card on file (HSA, FSA, or credit card)

All clients are required to maintain a card on file.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged a fee of up to the full session rate.

Do you provide crisis services?

We are not a crisis clinic and do not provide emergency services.

Do you provide court related services or documentation?

We may provide documentation or participate in court-related matters; however, additional fees may apply. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation.
