Services
Grapevine Clinical offers a range of mental health services designed to support individuals, families, and professionals at different stages of care. Our work includes individual therapy across the lifespan, specialized trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR and Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and medication management for established clients by referral.
We also provide clinical supervision and professional trainings, bringing the same collaborative, thoughtful approach to supporting clinicians and organizations. Across all services, our focus remains on personalized care, clinical integrity, and meeting people where they are.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy that is personalized, collaborative, and centered on your unique experiences and goals. We work with children ages 6 months and older as well as adults, supporting a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. Our clinicians partner closely with clients to provide thoughtful guidance and support throughout the therapeutic process. Care is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and other clinically supported methods tailored to each individual.

Child-Parent Psychotherapy
Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) is an evidence-based treatment designed for young children and their caregivers who have experienced stress, trauma, or disruptions in attachment. This approach focuses on strengthening the relationship between child and caregiver as a foundation for healing and emotional growth. Sessions involve both the child and caregiver, with an emphasis on understanding behaviors through a developmental and relational lens. CPP supports families in building safety, connection, and resilience within the caregiving relationship.

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy used to help individuals process and integrate distressing or traumatic experiences. This approach supports the brain’s natural healing process, allowing past experiences to feel less overwhelming in the present. EMDR is structured and collaborative, with careful attention to safety, pacing, and client readiness. It can be effective for both children and adults and is often used to address trauma, anxiety, and other related concerns.

Medication Management
Medication management services are available for children and adults who may benefit from psychiatric support as part of their overall care. These services are offered in collaboration with therapy and focus on thoughtful, individualized treatment planning. Medication management is available to established clients by referral and is limited to specific insurance plans. Our approach prioritizes safety, careful monitoring, and coordination of care. Medication management services are limited to specific insurance plans, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Trainings
We offer professional trainings and educational presentations for groups of all sizes, tailored to the needs of organizations, clinicians, and students. Training topics may include self-care and resiliency, diversity and mental health education, support for first responders, and preparation for clinical work in settings such as foster care, adoption, and court-involved services. We also provide trainings for nursing students, MSW and mental health counseling students, and other helping professionals. Topics are flexible, and we welcome inquiries about additional training or education needs.

Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision for master’s-level clinicians seeking independent licensure, as well as consultation and peer support for experienced providers. Supervision is grounded in collaboration, reflection, and professional growth, with attention to both clinical development and ethical practice. We value the importance of support and self-care within the helping professions and believe a strong professional community enhances the quality of care clinicians are able to provide. Our approach to supervision emphasizes learning, connection, and sustainability in clinical work.
