My Approach
I approach therapy with a supportive, nonjudgmental perspective, creating a space where you can feel safe and understood. I aim for sessions to feel collaborative and empowering, working alongside you rather than directing the process. My goal is to meet you where you are in your journey and partner together to move toward your goals. I value honesty and authenticity as essential parts of meaningful growth and lasting change.
Who I work with
I often work with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, court involvement, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I have a passion for supporting teens who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I also work with clients struggling with emotional regulation, impulsivity, insecure attachment, and self-esteem concerns. Clients who are open to reflection, skill-building, and practical strategies for change tend to be a great fit.
How I work
My therapeutic approach is collaborative taking skills from various theories including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trust-based relational interventions. I often implement TFCBT techniques to support my clients in navigating past traumas. I use various strengths-based and attachment-focused interventions to support my client in meeting their unique goals.
Getting Started
I accept most insurances and offer private pay. My typical office hours are Mondays - Thursdays from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. I have availability for both in-person and virtual sessions.
